For destinations within mainland France, the standard shipping delivery window ranges from 3 to 7 business days after your order is marked as dispatched. For international shipping destinations across the European Economic Area, the standard delivery timeline extends to 7 to 14 business days, and region-specific customs duties and local import fees may apply which are the sole responsibility of the order recipient, as we cannot pre-calculate or cover these additional charges for cross-border deliveries. Every shipment arranged by our team uses fully trackable courier services, so you can monitor the real-time location and estimated delivery time of your portable fitness gear at any time, no matter where you plan to train.
3. Express Shipping Option
For customers who hope to start their home workout routine earlier, we offer an optional express shipping service for all regions within France. You can select this service at checkout for a flat fee of €12.99, and orders choosing express shipping will be prioritized in our fulfillment queue, and guaranteed to be dispatched within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. The total delivery timeline for express shipping within France is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. If you place your express order before 12:00 noon on a regular business day, our team will make every effort to process and ship out your parcel on the very same day. 4. Delivery Related Notes
Our courier partners will make 3 separate delivery attempts to the shipping address you provided during checkout if no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of first delivery. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse located at 4 Rue de la Montagne, 77140 Darvault, France. To avoid unnecessary delivery delays or return issues, we suggest you double check your provided shipping address, contact phone number and postal code carefully before you submit your order. If you need to modify your shipping address after placing your paid order, please contact our support team as soon as possible, and we will adjust the information for you free of charge as long as your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse yet. If your parcel shows a delivered status on the tracking page but you have not received the package, please reach out to us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date, and our team will work with the courier provider immediately to open an investigation and resolve the issue for you.
5. Delayed or Lost Parcel Handling
Very rare delivery delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, local courier operational adjustments, or unexpected customs inspection holds for international orders. If your standard shipping parcel for domestic French destinations has not arrived 10 business days after dispatch, or your international EEA order has no delivery updates for over 20 business days after dispatch, you can contact our support team to report the potential lost parcel.
